Tribhuvan University 49th Convocation Online Form Notice 2080

An online form filling notification for Tribhuvan University's 49th Convocation has been published by the office of the controller of examinations, Balkhu.

Criteria/Eligibility

Students who completed their undergraduate, graduate, master's, or doctoral degrees at Tribhuvan University between June 15, 2022, and June 15, 2023 (Ashadh 1, 2079, and Jestha 32, 2080) and have already obtained their transcripts are eligible to apply for this year's convocation.

Fee Information

You may have one parent attend the convocation program with you. You must, however, pay an additional $300 (non-refundable).

Note: Only Rs. 1,200 of the Rs. 1500 (Grown Set) deposit will be returned since Rs. 300 will be deducted for maintenance.
